Instructions:
The page is split into sections that can be activated by moving the cursor over each section.
By moving the cursor over the top section of the fram you get the main menu.
In the center section of the frame you can navigate between the different pages of your
selected chapter.
By clicking on the right side you advance one page forward and by clicking on the left side you
go back one page.
By clicking on the center section of the frame you can toggle on and off a slideshow that will
advance the pages automatically.
If you move the cursor over the bottom section of the frame you will see thumbnails
of the pages belonging to the selected chapter.
